Lesson Plans for Schools
The iRespect website involves 3 key themes:
Tolerance, Cultural Diversity and Active Citizenship
This section of the site contains high quality
teaching and learning materials for use in Citizenship, History, English,
RS and PSHE

can contribute to our 3 key themes.
- Many of the
lesson plans and activities have been written with cross-curricular
in mind. The site is in line with the most modern and progressive
strands of the Transforming Learning in the Foundation Subjects Strategy.

of the site contains materials with a local Gloucestershire flavour
and we hope that all of our county’s schools will use this site. We

of excellence. Thus, the site is dynamic in intent.

to send in their ideas,
lesson plans, modifications, constructive criticisms, suggestions
etc. see the feedback page. We also want to see examples of students’ work

- In short, we want to create an electronic community of teachers and
key themes. We want as many people to be involved as possible,
